Fred, Kathy, and Melinda's building is a 40' x 60' with a 16' ceiling height.
This building has one 16' x 12' overhead door, two 3' walk doors with 9-lite glass and embossed raised panels. This building also includes five 3' x 4' double hung windows with grids.
It contains a 5" thick concrete floor with the interior walls and ceiling to be finished at a later time.
The Cupola has a white roof and Charcoal Gray sides. The roof, gutters, soffit, trim, overhead door, and windows are all in white.  Side walls are Smoke Gray with a Charcoal Gray wainscot below.
